Larissa Conte is an internationally recognized, award-winning executive coach and multidimensional researcher with over 20,000 hours of experience guiding leaders through transformational change.

She has worked with leaders from more than 500 organizations worldwide — from 12-figure global companies and top NGOs to VC founders, award-winning creatives, and former Olympians. Across every context, Larissa helps leaders evolve into trustworthy stewards of power — people who know how to conduct greater wattage in service of the whole.

Larissa brings over two decades of work exploring the multidimensional nature of power — including somatic, systemic, spiritual, relational, and ecological dimensions. Her approach combines strategic precision with soul-rooted diagnostics, energetic mastery, and deep field stewardship.

She holds a self-designed M.S. from Stanford University in Cultural Philosophy of the Environment in the U.S. and has served as a rites of passage guide since 2007.
Her formal training includes:
  • a 1500-hour certification in Regenerative Design & Nature Awareness
  • Medical Qigong Practitioner certification
  • Taoist and Christian Hermetic alchemy
  • decades of spiritual, energetic, and initiatory practice

Professionally, she has held executive and leadership roles including:
Partner at The Ready, Chief Culture and Design Officer at Invisible Technologies, Senior Associate at Lippincott, and Chief Happiness, Officer at The Quality of Life Foundation.

But perhaps most significantly, Larissa carries a Life Ph.D. from a 14-year journey of regeneration following a near-fatal accident. Rebuilding her body, psyche, soul, and systems of support taught her how to reweave coherence from the inside out — and fuels her devotion to helping leaders reclaim their own wholeness in service of the greater good.
