Hi, I'm Larissa Conte
I’m a multidimensional leadership guide, power alchemist, systems healer — and the founder of Wayfinding.
I work with (un)closeted magicians in all walks of service to transmute shadow and lead from a new power paradigm — one that restores joy, coherence, and spiritual integrity to how we live, work, and change systems.Â
I don’t just coach or guide.
I help people remember how to lead from the source of life itself.
My proprietary framework, Power Literacy, is the result of over 20 years of research, ceremony, and multidimensional lived experience. I’ve guided leaders across 500+ organizations through power initiations, rites of passage, shadow alchemy, and regenerative culture work that delivers not just measurable ROI — but lasting soul-level and systemic transformation.
