This experience is for heart-centered leaders ready to step into their greater gifts and impact through a transformed relationship with power.

In this work, you will gain a greater capacity to steward a more vibrant, generative culture in your life and work through greater self-awareness, power literacy, and practices of self-responsibility as conductors of power.

In order to step into our greater Power that Serves the Whole,
we must always put down part of our Shadow Power.
 

THE EXPERIENCE 

Each part of this offering focuses on establishing a baseline of power awareness, power literacy, and self-understanding to emphasize skills for self-responsibility. The experience is thoughtfully crafted and paced since power is an electric, exciting, tender, and charged terrain for all people.  

Note // This first entry into group work involving power does NOT endeavor to diagnose or work with others’ power patterns or shadows. That is a more advanced level of work that occurs afterward. 

 

PHASE 1

Each participant takes the Power Assessment for Leaders

This 7-day self-directed, online experience takes you through an arc from being unaware/less aware of the full extent of your power patterns, to 

(1) gaining new language and unique perspectives on power, 

(2) seeing yourself clearly in the mirror of the 36 most common types of power at work, and 

(3) starting to take responsibility for your gifts and shadows through intentional, guided action. 

 

PHASE 2

The cohort comes together to dive more deeply into gaining proficiency with power and self-responsibility in a group learning setting. 

You will learn to take information about your power patterns from the Power Assessment for Leaders to new levels of understanding, growth, leverage, and effectiveness while developing relationship and cultural skills of power literacy in your small group pods of 5-6 people.
