Many people have assumptions like holidays are stressful, family time is complicated, and this is just the way things are.

This is what one of my long ago alchemy teachers, Catherine MacCoun, calls Passenger Consciousness.

One who doesn't know how to claim their agency or one who knows, but doesn't do it.

But it's not often for lack of effort.

I have certainly had many moments where I tried to step into what she calls Driver Consciousness and it flopped!

So what's the secret sauce?

Not just on your holidays, but your experiences at work, your romantic relationships, your health, your participation in community and society to more life-giving realities?
