Hi, I'm Larissa
I’m a multidimensional power alchemist, paradigm guide, and the Founder of Wayfinding.
For over two decades, I’ve been researching, practicing, and living inside the question most leadership work avoids:
How does power actually move — within people, between people, and across systems?
My body of work in Power Literacy supports leaders who already know the old ways of working aren’t working and who are ready to evolve how they conduct power itself. I initiate leaders who've already questioned old paradigms and now want to stabilize insight, integrate shadow, and embody coherent power in how they live, lead, and create.
My relationship with power emerges from long-term, lived cultivation across its full landscape — including its distortions, shadows, and sacred potentials. I have supported leaders across organizations, movements, and cultures to transform power from something feared, suppressed, or unconsciously misused into something trustworthy, generative, and life-serving.
I remembered this work through practice, refined it through application, and stabilized it through stewardship. I live it, practice it, and hold it with care in service of leaders and systems ready for what’s next.
