Terms and Conditions

The Wayfinding Referral Program (“referral program”) is created to reward friends of Wayfinding (“you”) for recommending the work that we do to their friends and colleagues (“referrals”). 

 

1. Every time you refer someone to one of the following Wayfinding programs or services and your referral enrolls in a program or purchases a service within one year of your referral date, you are eligible to receive the following cash rewards as a thank you:

- Vital Leadership Program - $150

- Alchemical Leadership Program (scholarship participant) -  $200

- Alchemical Leadership Program (non-scholarship participant) - $550 

- 3-month Executive Coaching Package - $750

- Executive Team Power Transformation - $1000

 

2. We will contact you to let you know when a referral has enrolled from your recommendation, at which point, we will request your PayPal information for payment. Rewards will be fulfilled via PayPal once your referral has completed full payment for their program or service, as well as the full course of their program or service.

 

3. Submission of referrals does not guarantee your referral’s admission to any program nor contract for service. Your referral must meet the application or client requirements for the program or service they wish to purchase in order to be eligible to participate with Wayfinding.

 

4. Participation in the referral program requires you to submit personal information for yourself and your referral. By participating in the program both you and your referral consent to the collection, processing, and storage of this personal information in accordance with our privacy policy.

 

5. Wayfinding reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and will fulfill all outstanding rewards programs prior to the date of change.

 

6. Wayfinding also reserves the right to disqualify any referral if it deems necessary.

 

7. By submitting your referral, you agree to the terms and conditions stated above.
