How do I login?

 

If you enrolled individually, your learning account was created using the email and password provided at checkout. Go to www.wayfinding.io/login and use your login credentials there.

If you enrolled as part of an organization or a group, your learning account was created with the primary email you use in affiliation with that org/group. If you still need help, please leave a message here.

I forgot my password / I want to change my password.

 

We got you!

  1. Go to www.wayfinding.io/password/new
  2. Enter your email address
  3. Click Send recovery Info.
  4. You will receive an automated email with a link to a page where you can input your new password.

Take note that your password needs to have 10 characters with a mix of big & small letters, numbers, and symbols.

I want to update the email address on my account.

 

If you're already logged in to your Library, and you want to update your email address for any reason, click on your Avatar in the upper right corner of your window and go to Settings. From there you'll be able to make updates on your account — including changing your email address, updating your timezone, adding a photo, and adjusting the program notifications that you receive.

How can I update my card info in my account?

Log in to your Library, click on your Avatar in the upper right corner of your window and go to Settings. 

Click Billing Info in the top right corner of the page.
Click Update next to the currently listed credit card.
Complete the prompt to enter the updated card information.
Then, click Update Card to apply and keep the changes

How do I go to my Library?

 

If you're not logged in yet, go to www.wayfinding.io/login, enter your email address and password, and you'll be directed to your Library — where all the programs that you're enrolled in will be listed.

If you're already logged in, in the main program page or in your lesson page, and you want to go back to the Library, just click on the LIBRARY link in your header menu.

How can I see all the programs I have?

I can't see the Power Assessment — where do I take it?

 

The actual assessment is in Day 1 of the Power Assessment of the Leaders just below the video and the mark complete button.

I can't see my program in my Library.

Wayfinding programs only be accessed for a limited time after purchase. This is intentionally designed to combat the Shadow Power tendency of delaying anything that can shed light to it and grow your Power that Serves the Whole. 

Lifetime access is unlocked when you begin the program within the limited access window.

For example, if the access window is 30 days, as long as you complete Lesson 1 within the 30-day period, you'll get unlimited access to the program. 

To support you in this journet, we send you email reminders about your progress and remaining period of access. 

It is important to note that the terms are different for each program and the avenue through which you enrolled.  

  • Power Assessment for Leaders - 12 days
  • Power Initiation for Leaders - 30 days

If you don't see your program in your Library, it may be possible that the access period has already lapsed.

Where can I see the results of my Power Assessment for Leaders?

The results of your Power Assessment for Leaders is sent to the email address you indicated in your assessment. Please check your inbox for an email with the subject is 🔥 Your Power Assessment Results. 

It may land in your SPAM/junk folder, so please check there too.

Will my responses be saved if I leave my Power Assessment halfway through?

The form is set to automatically save and resume later.

However, we recommend that you take this in one sitting.
The entire experience typically takes 45-60 minutes.
This is best done on a computer or tablet in a web browser, or using the Kajabi app on your phone.
Be in a distraction-free environment to tune into your subtle body reactions since this is not a thinking-based assessment, but a sensing-based one.
If you're not taking it now, I suggest scheduling a 60-minute block in your calendar in the next 5 days to complete this in your 7-day access window.
