Leading from the inside means listening to our inner sensing and navigating systems change from there. This is why I created this ritual experience to help attendees and listeners from around the world tap into their inner wisdom to know how they feel called to create change on the scales of self, land, family, society, and work.

As I get excited to dive into this year's Culture First conference tomorrow, I'm remembering a highlight from last year of designing and hosting a panel exploring safety and intimacy at work featuring Chris Marcell Murchison, Jay Bendett, Max Masure, Celeste Hirschman, and William Winters. In September of 2018, I had the pleasure of speaking on the mainstage of Responsive Conference about power abuse in our culture and at work, and I invited the audience to consider their own rites of passage to release limiting beliefs and fears in order to become more influential agents of change in their organizations.
