ALCHEMICAL LEARNING
At its core, this program centers around healing the legacy of disconnection in ourselves across many dimensions to become more effective stands for connection and wholeness in our lives and leadership.
As such, participation in this program (1) asks you to study, track, and take responsibility for your ego and social programming, (2) may illuminate blockage or misalignment in your life, and (3) can precipitate big outer changes.
This integrative program will speak to many facets of your being with insights from diverse arenas like global wisdom traditions, organizational development, biomimicry, and Traditional Chinese Medicine (*overview of course structure and program inclusions on website). In our shared inquiry about how to embody power that serves the whole, we will explore power dynamics in different domains such as identity, eros, shadow, organizations, ecosystems, and worldview.
By learning to embody your power more fully in complex environments and tapping into your inner wisdom, you will create the results, fulfillment, and clarity you’ve been longing for.

TIME COMMITMENT
Ability to commit to the depth of this program is a key criteria for selection. At minimum, you can estimate to invest ~4 hours/week for program participation with two weekly group calls, online discussion, course videos, and home practices.
*Availability for the majority of Tuesday and Thursday calls, the grief ritual, and full duration of the remote quest week is required for program enrollment.

Reflections on the Quest
This quest has been layered and one of the most potent, poignant transitions of my life. I don’t have words... It makes me weep and it’s the only expression of gratitude that feels it could even come close to capturing my love and appreciation to Michael and Larissa (and this group) for holding me and this space over the last several weeks. I bow in honor of this process
I felt very invigorated, alive, and happier than I have in at least two years.
I am incredibly grateful that I did this quest on my land. It was significant. And, I don’t know that I would have ever done it otherwise. As you said, this moment reminds us that there is magic right in our own backyard. I think this ended up being a true gift.
